Hooray!
Sage is now officially both a Taiwanese and an American citizen!
We got his Taiwanese passport 5 days after filing and surprisingly, we got his US one only 9 days after filing (they told us it would be 3-4 weeks). We figured his picture was so cute that they assumed that he had no criminal record and let that lengthy check pass.
It is pretty funny to see his picture and I will be making a note on which customs agents do not smile at him (so I can give them an evil eye...), but that is another matter.
Anyway, we are excited and ciked for going back to the US for Xmas.
And we are excited to see that Sage is already set for an interesting life of international espionage with 2 passports already....only 8 more to go!
Maybe we will change his name to Jason Bourne Angelovich....
